Interest on late payments shall be computed using a periodic rate of 1½% per month, which is an annual percentage rate of 18%, applied to the past due balance after deducting current payments and/or credits appearing on the statement. However, if the maximum rate of interest permitted by applicable law or regulations is less than that of SurveillanceGRID.com for herein, then the interest rate shall be reduced to the maximum allowable rate.

Warranty on new equipment is limited to that established by the manufacturer. Except DVR's sold without a hard drive, these have a 60 day warranty. All used equipment is sold "as is" and the seller makes no warranty, expressed or implied. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless approved by SurveillanceGRID.com management in writing. A restocking charge of 20% will be charged on return of new merchandise. In the event that damaged goods are accepted for return, and said damages have been caused by the customer, any sums on deposit with SurveillanceGRID.com will be applied to the reasonable repair cost of the goods, at the sole discretion of SurveillanceGRID.com.

SurveillanceGRID.com retains title to and security in the equipment described in your invoice until the full amount of said invoice has been paid. Should it become necessary for SurveillanceGRID.com to retain the services of an attorney to enforce any of the terms of this agreement, the customer agrees to pay, in addition to all court cost, all reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by SurveillanceGRID.com. Customer further agrees that the proper venue, in the event of legal action, shall be in the county of Caldwell, state of Texas.

Warranty and Returns 30-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee! We want you to be happy with everything you purchase. All branded products carry their own specific manufacturer's warranty. All OEM products carry a one-year repair or replacement warranty. If you're not satisfied with a product, please call us for return authorization ("RA") instructions. We will refund your order (purchase price minus shipping costs) of OEM products if the product is returned unused in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. All name brand products can be returned for repair only. Please note: Pricing, specifications, availability and terms of offer may change without notice.
